Symptoms:

Canes and stems

Gradual decline of the whole plant

Plants or individual canes are wilting, collapsing, dead, or turning brown

Canes exhibit extremely abnormal or stunted growth

Canes and shoots have scales on them

Leaves

Leaves are unusually colored, spotted or necrotic

Leaves are curled, rolled or crinkled

Leaves have holes in them

Flowers and fruit

Flowers turn brown

Flowers are small, deformed and rosetted

Fruits are small

Fruits rot or shrivel prior to harvest

Flowers or fruit are physically damaged (e.g. chewed, holes, etc.)
