Frequently Asked Questions
ACCOMMODATION:
There is a range of accommodations available within the area, however given the location of the day events, we are recommending guests stay in Lismore, or Ballina with the most convenient option being the Invercauld House where the event will be hosted on the Tuesday or Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Ballina Byron, There are also several options for accommodation in Lismore.
NOTE: We have placed some rooms on hold at Inervauld house on a first in basis.
TRANSPORT:
To keep options open for guests, transport will need to be arranged from your accommodation to Lindendale on Day 1 and to Tabulam on Day 2.
Ballina/Byron Airport is approximately 2 hours away from Tabulam and 10 minute drive from the Ballina event locations. There is car hire available at this airport, but it is limited.
Gold Coast Airport is approximately 2.5 hours away from Tabulam and 2 hours away from Ballina. There is also car hire available at this airport.
Lindendale is a short 20-minute drive from Ballina up the Bruxner Highway towards Lismore. Tabulam is a 2-hour drive from Ballina, travelling west through Lismore and Casino. Once at Tabulam, buses will be transporting guests around the areas throughout the day, however upon event close, guests will make their own transport arrangements to accommodation or airports if required.
PARKING:
Parking will be made available at Lindendale, Invercauld House and Tabulam sites for all guests. Accommodation parking will vary based on your accommodation of choice.
EXTRA GUESTS:
Due to capacity limitations, we are only available to offer limited places for this event. If you wish to invite an extra attendee from your company, you must email Mountain Blue before completing a registration form. NOTE: All registrations will be confirmed with the invited guest list to ensure number limitations are met.
